REspire is a Venture Studio designed to accelerate the green transition. We build and scale companies from scratch, leveraging reusable resources and repeatable processes to reduce time to market and increase success rates compared to traditional startup methods.

  • Advised a major solar player in developing and launching a utility-scale solar leasing business, later valued at USD 172 million in 2023 upon spinoff.

  • Provided strategic counsel on green hydrogen market entry for a major stock-listed company, informing the spinout of their spinout within the P2X market.

  • Developed and executed Power-to-X strategy for a large-scale utility, including initial green ammonia projects to position the company as a leader in the Power-to-X space.

  • Projected future price development for gray, blue, and green H2 and NH3 for the Norwegian government and the Norwegian Shipowners Association, with success.

  • Led the technical team in the successful bid for Oman’s hydrogen project auctions (Hydrom rounds 1 and 2).

  • Facilitated a partnership between a leading engineering firm and a U.S.-based VC fund, unlocking EUR 20 million in financing for utility-scale solar projects in Norway.

  • Enhanced time-to-market (TTM) from ideation to product launch by 50% for one of Scandinavia's major professional electronics brands.
